Laura Lukasavage

Hello, my name is Laura Lukasavage. As of January 2021 I am a published author. I started writing as a way to be closer to my mother, who passed when I was young. She used to write poems all the time. So in freshman year of highschool I started my writing journey with poems of my own. This is also when I started reading books, which is where I found my love of YA and fiction stories. Thats when I decided to take the fiction writing course in my senior year of highschool.

By the end of college I found my love and passion for writing and thought about turning one of my short stories into a book. It wasn't until 2019, when I learned I was pregnant, that I put it into motion.

My first book was published in January of 2021, second February of 2021 and third July of 2021. My 4th is set to release next month.

I want to show my daughter anything is possible and you can obtain your dream if you work hard enough. I want my stories to help someone like reading did for me at the hardest time in my life. I want my words to make a difference one day.
